Dr. Brian Kerr
Affectionately known as the "Magic Orthodontist" by his patients and the public alike, Dr. Kerr is a graduate of Cook College, Rutgers University and the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. He then received a General Practice Residecy certificate from Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, N.J. He then attended an Advanced Education in General Dentistry program at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Kerr is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Association of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association and the Pennsylvania Dental Association. In addition, he served as president of the Scranton District Dental Society.
Dr. Kerr has several interests that he enjoys such as travel, scuba diving, golf, photography, magic, bagpipes and cooking. Dr. Kerr is PADI Open Water Certified (which means he's a scuba diver!), and he is a member of the Society of American Magicians, the International Brotherhood of Magicians and the Greater Scranton Black Diamonds (a bagpiping group). He is also a member of the Northeast Photography Club; a local photography club.
Dr. Kerr and his wife Carolyn, are the proud parents their daughters Rachel, Julia, Lexi and Rachel. They also have three dogs Wilbur, Maggie and Samson.
